Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Adaptive Intelligence Storage ("AIS") is an Adaptive Intelligence Storage research and development project provided by PC Web Systems, LLC ("PC Web Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through adaptiveintelligencestorage.com, including the contact system, pre-order inquiries, project communications, and related website services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact information: your name, email address, company name if provided, subject, message content, and other information you voluntarily include.
- Email verification information: verification status, temporary verification-code records, verification timestamps, and related anti-abuse data used to confirm that a message originates from a valid email address.
- Pre-order and product-interest information: questions, expressed interest, requested product information, and other details you voluntarily submit concerning AIS or a possible future purchase.
- Session and security information: session identifiers, CSRF/security tokens, rate-limit records, request timestamps, IP address or hashed IP information, browser/user-agent information, and server or security logs.
- Cookie or browser-storage information: essential information used for site functionality, session security, and recording cookie-notice acceptance.
2. AIS application and integration data
AIS is being developed as a technology for persistent application state, AI memory, retrieval, caching, and related storage functions. The public website does not automatically receive the content stored by an AIS-enabled application merely because AIS technology is used.
How an AIS-enabled application stores, processes, synchronizes, or transmits information will depend on that application's design and configuration. If PC Web Systems later offers hosted AIS services or a public product that collects additional categories of data, we may provide additional product-specific privacy notices before that collection occurs.
3. Pre-order inquiries
The current AIS pre-order offer is not finalized. Submitting a question or expressing interest through the website does not by itself create a completed purchase, charge, license, or guaranteed reservation. If a finalized purchasing process is introduced, additional transaction information and applicable purchase terms may be presented at that time.
4. How we use information
We may use collected information to:
- Respond to contact messages, technical questions, research inquiries, and pre-order questions.
- Confirm email ownership and reduce automated spam or abuse.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Maintain records of communications and project-related inquiries.
- Investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, security, and operational obligations.
5. Email and service providers
We may use third-party providers to deliver email, host or protect website infrastructure, process network traffic, or support other website operations. Information necessary to provide those functions may be processed by those providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Cookies and sessions
The website may use essential cookies or browser storage for sessions, security controls, contact-form verification, CSRF protection, and cookie-notice acceptance. We do not use these mechanisms to collect the contents of data stored inside an AIS-enabled application.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate or secure the website and communications systems, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable terms.
8. Security
We use measures intended to protect website information, including HTTPS, session controls, CSRF protection, email verification, rate limiting, access controls, and security logging. No website, computer system, or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for communications, security, fraud prevention, research administration, legal obligations, and normal business operations. Temporary verification information may be retained for shorter periods, while correspondence or security records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable security, legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, additional privacy rights may apply.
11. Children
This website and AIS project are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
12. International users
PC Web Systems, LLC operates from the United States. If you access the website from another country, information you submit may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as AIS develops, website functions change, or legal and operational requirements evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
