Publication Standards

AIS Editorial Policy

AIS News & Research is published by PC Web Systems, LLC as part of the Adaptive Intelligence Storage research and development project. Our goal is to publish original, useful and clearly labeled material about persistent AI memory, application state, storage performance, longitudinal learning and related technology.

Authorship and accountability

Articles identify the full name of the human author responsible for publication. The named author reviews the finished article for accuracy, clarity, attribution and compliance with this policy before publication.

News, research, analysis, opinion and satire

We distinguish factual project news and research updates from analysis, opinion, reviews and satire. Interpretive or opinion-based material is labeled accordingly. Satire, if published, is prominently labeled so it cannot reasonably be confused with a factual announcement.

Sources and attribution

Original AIS project information is identified as such. When an article relies on outside reporting, research, quotations, data or opinions, the relevant source is named or linked where practical. We do not knowingly present another publisher's reporting or creative work as our own.

AI-assisted content

Artificial intelligence may assist with research organization, drafting, editing or technical explanation. We do not publish unreviewed, fully automated AI output as finished editorial content. AI-assisted material is reviewed, edited and approved by the named human author, and qualifying syndication feeds are flagged as AI-assisted.

Corrections and updates

When a material factual error is identified, we correct it promptly. Meaningful post-publication changes may be reflected by an updated date or a correction note so readers can distinguish the original publication date from later revisions.

Images and media rights

AIS publishes media that PC Web Systems, LLC created, commissioned, licensed or otherwise has the right to publish and syndicate. Images and other media carry visible attribution on the individual piece of content. Third-party media is credited to the applicable creator or licensor. We do not intentionally submit media for syndication when we lack the necessary distribution rights.

Benchmarks and technical claims

Performance figures are presented as results from the stated development or test environment rather than as universal guarantees. Material changes to benchmark methodology, implementation or interpretation are identified when they affect the meaning of previously published results.

Commercial material

Project announcements may discuss AIS products, services or research, but editorial articles are not disguised advertisements. Sponsorships, paid placements or affiliate relationships will be disclosed when applicable.
